Yea, same thing this was super early, the actual first set of 3 leaves after the initial two serrated leaves. This came out deformed (trust me I watched it like all day lmao).
At that point I was only spraying with filtered water.
I have one of my babies in week 2 of veg and I named her Nemo.. can you see why? (Don't mind the nute stains.. she caught an accidental splash)IMG_5547.JPG

Day 22 for the bag seed. Think it was suffering from nitrogen def, but not sure. I don’t think the seed was very good. It’s really small for day 22 but I’m gonna continue to love it nonetheless. Hopefully it’ll be a girl atleast.

Another update I left out on last one, when I transplanted I mixed the ffof I had with some promix bx with michorrhizae. I’m not at all familiar with promix I got it for really cheap so said why not give it a try. Could be a huge mistake but im ready for whatever. Gonna get some liquid nutrients, likely the fox farm collection.
They may not like the water on the leaves anymore. That can burn them under the lights. You may not have a deficiency at all.

If you are indoors I would rule out bugs that can do that kind of damage.
My idea.. 60% less likely if indoors period & 99% less likely if you are in a tent.
Only reason I wouldn’t rule out bugs is It’s in there with a Bruce banner 5 that I brung back inside a month ago which did suffer from a slight spider mite infestation. I know super super risky but Pretty sure I Exterminated those bastards. I also wipe down the tent every other day with hospital grade alcohol wipes that are labeled as a killer of the human coronavirus.

Ha amazing! Name tag and all. Was this a natural phenomena? What’s the strain? Looks great, mine was no where that size in week 3, it’s been a slow grower up until the last two days.
It's Blueberry 420 from AMS. 14 days from sprout. Yes it did just grow like that missing a whole fan leaf.. The inner nodes are poking out lookin like Nemo's little retarded fin. on the side missing the big leaf.

Ha! Strange, but very cool. They have such personality.

It was originally in ffof from sprout. A few days ago I transplanted into Promix bx out of the bag. Which was a big risk cus I had no idea on using promix anything, but I got a 3.8 cbft bag of it for wholesale price, got curious and I couldn’t turn it down
Oh shoot I was asking the wrong person I got confused. I was asking hydrokid. It looks like the leaves deformation could be caused by a seedling fighting through unbuffered medium

Promix is the shit - in a good way. I have recently been put onto this from a respectable friend of mine! I am switching all my soils to Promix over the winter

All good. Nice, glad someone’s exploring this too. What you currently use?
BCUZZ coco I mix in perlite, Bone Meal, paramagnetic rock, Feather Meal and Diatamacous Earth.

Limited ingredient diet. I stay away from guanos and ocean products.

I have really good results with it so I probably won't quit my blend whole-heartedly.

Ive never even heard of the last three. I’m gonna have to do some research.

You guys recommend a quality inexpensive ph reader? I have the vivosun and it’s absolute shit

This could be the reason your leaves are distorting my friend. Try your next run by buffering your medium before planting to 5.5-5.8
I started the seedling in Happy frog, it's currently in ocean forest. Using Advanced nutes. I gave a small dose of Connoisseur grow A&B with calmag when in the happy frog, Now after transplant, I'm using piranha, tarantula, and voodoo juice.. B-52 and calmag. Just once tho.

I'm saying - load up your pot of soil before you plant and all that. And water it through with PH balanced water. Let that do it's thing and then plant your ladies. Does that make sense? It's a pre-buffer ; It could change ya life! Also I am the worst at starting nutes. I don't start feeding until they beg for it. Idk why I think I just forget
