Babies in trouble

I am a noob to growing and i went cheap making my on grow room which is a closet in my basement. Im doing the grow the hydroponic way i have fluorescent light i found in the closet took apart and fixed it works great to and i got 4 of them 14w 225 led light. How can use in my grow dont want to wast money. Im growing hydroponic i started six plants and three white widow and three white rhino im doing i feel like they stop growing its been a week i have nut yet just using distilled water i read use reg water for the first two three weeks roots are white one look like it wilting and all of the foliage is drooping and tips are changing colors something wrong i try other plants and all of them its not making it to the veg stage please help

is there any way you can provide pics? Plus more info please!
Temperature
feeding sched
relative humidity
age and size of the plants?
it could be so many things please provide more info so I can give some good advice :)

Sorry for the grammar errors lol just was writing the temp is 78dg,humidity dont know need hydrometer. I feed them when grow cube is a little dry, the plants are a week old and they are like two to three inches tall bout to take pics now

I totally disagree with that these are a little bigger and should be out of the dome by now. I feed mine lightly at this stage the thing has nothing to eat!
Case in point here's my Shackzilla in coco not even a week old i feed them!View attachment 2597382
