So I wanted to know what meters every one feels is a must have and also what brand do you all use.?
I know there are

PH meter( i own a milwaukee PH 55)whats the best out there?
TDS meters( i have two a milwaukee t75 and t76 and hate them both) again whats the best out there?
Dissolved Oxygen meters? does any one use one or has any one?
Light mete? want to get one so direction on that would be good?

are combo meters worth it? do you use portable or constant?

(Fail on the thread bolds :))

The only issue I've seen with meters is that the Nutradip Tri-Meter is NOT COMPATIBLE with digital ballasts. Nutradip knows of the problem, but wont tell anyone about it unless you talk to tech support on the phone and they have no fix. That was a year ago. :) If you have digital ballasts, you MUST NOT use the same subpanel that the trimeter is on or it will just read wrong numbers that change every few seconds.

Beyond that, a meter is a meter, they for the most part all use the same probes and such just a different box.

Here's one that works perfectly regardless of magnetic or digital ballasts................

For $99, show me one better that does all 3!
