azdhs patient data base: who is accessing it and how can they do it?

Not to mention they can check on how much medicine someone has purchased in a certain period of time....
2.5 ounce purchases could send some conservative employers for the hills.
I thought HIPPA was put in-place to eliminate systems like this and protect patient privacy.... Guess not..

Yes once the dispensaries are up and dispensing, the medicine will be tracked in a similar manner. The government will know what you are buying from the dispensaries and how often. Kinda makes those in favor of privacy wonder about the whole dispensary model in this state.

This is one reason why not to allow your ID number on your card get loose. Put a sticker over that part if someone is going to photocopy it.

It won't stop someone who is checking the veracity of the card in an official capacity, but you never know if it might save your neck some other way.

I've always had a sticker on mine that covers my address a compassion club here did it on their own will. Pretty cool
