Ok here's a great recipe for your munchie craving....
1 cup dark karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1.5 lbs peanut butter
4 cups of corn flakes
cup cake papers

In a pot heat up karo syrup and sugar until sugar is dissolved (be sure not to burn).
Next add peanut butter to the hot syrup/sugar mixture
Pour this mixture into the cornflakes and stir up.
Spoon out this mixture into the cup cake papers and let cool (about an hour or so)
ENJOY !!!

For an added treat, put M&Ms on top.

Let me know if you fix it and if you like it.

I think I'll try this one day ....

These require a little more work ... But OH MY GOD it is worth it. They are called crack brownies...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In heavy saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted.

  3. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  4. In a large mining bowl, combine dry cake mix, melted butter, and the other 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Stir by hand until the dough holds together. Divide dough in half and press first half of dough into prepared baking dish.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 9 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust.

  6. Pour caramel mixture over the chocolate chips. Crumble the other half of the dough over caramel layer.

  7. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Return to refrigerator when no eating, as they get goopy at room temperature.

I personally like to use Milk Chocolate chips rather than semi sweet .. But whichever tickles you fancy. :)
