Hey all.
I don't have TV of any kind or computer just my Galaxy S4 so I keep up with the status of Legalization here in MA but more importantly Question 4(Vote YESON4
) especially since the alcohol industry, our governor and our senators (aside from Elizabeth Warren who supports Question 4 and agrees with regulation, taxation, and Legalizing Cannabis here in MA) have been since early this year fighting against the question as far as going to the supreme court to try to have it taken off the ballot and block it despite it being 100% by the book and had more than nessessary needed signatures for the hard battle it is to get a citizen based law inniative legal and placed on the ballot. BUT they were happily defeated in that regard every time they tried to use their bullshit to continue to break and bend the constitution, our rights and what little Freedoms and Rights we have left.
There have been nothing but propaganda, lies, twisted facts and study reports and findings, and negative anti-legalization ads being posted in the Boston Globe, Herald, and online ever since Question 4 was established or a reality and it's been sickening as they have been printing this shit and the media reporting their lies for over a year despite Question 4 backing their scare tactics and complaints such as not allowing ads to be printed so kids can't be a target, proper labeling and testing standards, bringing in state revenue, stopping crime and allowing the police to focus their efforts on actual crimes.
This morning when I was reading up on if any progress or news on Question 4 was out there as the feelings are 50/50 now at best because of their bullshit I came across something that made me smile. A clip of a TV AD that ran a day ago or first did with a Retired Boston Cop supporting Question 4 and they quickly and precisely explain the thought and reality behind it and how its the right thing to do! I HOPE we see more ads and things to get the facts and honesty out there to combat the huge efforts the people who run our state are doing to try to get people to keep themselves victims and chained to the status quo and not vote for a well regulated system that will squash any fears or concerns when enacted and will only help not hurt us. The fact the state has been and still is fighting against the will of the people is sickening and shows what the country really is turning into.
