Autopilot Master Digital Timer

Just went downstairs. My rooms are supposed to kick on a at 7pm to 7am. Frikin Autopilot MDT was "stuck" on. zero with nothing. No lights. Space heater that plugs into the night output..off. 8 o clock and rooms were 59 degrees with no light. I shut it off and waited a few minutes. Turned it back on and shes running but now Iam frikin worried. I had a Grow Op MDT (same timer..different box graphics) do this to me about 8 months ago. Which is why I replaced it with the Autopilot. And when I bought the AP... the first one I bought..I got it home and plugged it into a wall receptical upstairs just to check it..and it did the same thing the Grow Op one did. Stuck on a zero with nothing. So I took it back...the hydro store dude was puzzled amd gave me a replacement and its worked fine until tonight. Anyone have trouble with the MDT's??? Pieces of shit from my experience. I thought I just had bad luck until tonight. Now iam starting to think otherwise. These are all prolly made by the same China outfit. Grow Op..Autopilot (Hydrofarm)..Titan (Sunlight Supply) and Blueprint (Sunleaves)...there all the same. Just different housing. I think Sentinels boxes are mostly the same too. Iam puzzled. This isnt the Greenhouse Master Digital Controller they all make. This is the Master Digital Timer. Controls all my shit. My lights. Some fans. Pumps and irrigation times. Heater at night to keep em warm when lights are off. Its a central part of my setup. I cant have this..at all.

Iam running an Autopilot relay box thats hard wired for 220v up to 8000 watts but only running 8 x 6/750 watt Gavitas. I have the relay box trigger cord (110) plugged into the MDT. And the box itself is plugged into a regular 110v basement receptacle at 15 amps. The first one I bought acted up (Grow Op MDT) and the first Autopilot MDT I bought (7 months ago) did the same thing just plugging it into a wall upstairs with nothing in it. Took it back next day and got this one. It's ran fine for about 7 months. It gets stuck on one of the zeros and no power to the 4 outlets. Nothing. Its wierd. The Grow Op MDT I still have just sitting in a corner. I turned it on just to check it and it worked. Shut it off..turned it back on and got the zero bullshit again. Iam Stumped. Iam Not exceeding its rated power.

That's a hell of a failure rate, strange...............does it have a high temp cutoff or similar? idk, only thing I can think of

can you confirm with a killawatt meter the amps your pushing through it? maybe something is drawing more than you think, these timers will fail prematurely close to max.........OR they are just POS

good luck
