Autoflower seedling problem?

Hello i germ'd a Turbo Diesel from justfeminized and shoved it in some soil with tweezers it came up off the ground with the seed husk still on so i used tweezers to take it off carefully without any damage. then after that the leaves opened up and i put under 1 45w 6500k CFL and its been under this light for about 3-4 days now and i havent noticed much growth at all. also the edges of the leaf look a bit weird. Stem isnt that visible because its purple.

Genetics: Blueberry x NYC diesel x Ruderalis

I was wondering if i should keep growing this or just give up on it because where im going to grow i can only fit in 2 plants.

Ill show you some pics can you tell me if this should be looking like this after 3-4 days of it rising above the ground? because other seedlings i have had have looked much better/bigger than this

Thanks

Don't give up on it. It looks ok. It just may be a bit of a runt. I recently started 3 white widow (they are 2 weeks old now) and 2 of them are big and nice and the other one is a little runt. But she is growing. I have never grown that strain before so I don't know for sure what it's supposed to like like at 4 days. I can tell you this though, checking on it constantly for growth will drive you nuts. The soil looks moist so I would leave it alone under 24 hr light for the rest of today and tomorrow. Check it on Wednesday and see what you think then. If you don't notice a pretty significant change then maybe you should start a new one. Or start a new seed now and see if it out grows this one right away.

Thanks for the reply. i have it under 18/6 light and the reason im wondering is autoflowers flower depending on their age. so if this one takes too long to grow up ill end up with a crappy yield?

It needs to dry out some I think...I have noticed that is usually the issue with any seedlings I have that get those darkened edges on the cotyledons...

Alright thanks people! do you think it could have been caused by the light? just incase i moved it a little bit more further away. i think maybe it was putting it under lights before the leafs opened up that done it?

I don't think light would have been a problem. Seedlings like a lot of light.I'm not sure what kind of light it is (soft white or cool white) but a seedling would do better under a cool white bulb.

Here is mine at day 7 but this was taken 2 days ago, it is auto Northern Lights. I have noticed the autos for some reason take longer to get it's shit str8. I thought I was the only one who thought this thats why I didn't make a thread. Maybe it's just how the genetics i dunno. It's growing that all i care about. Give it time don't water it until the pot feels like it did before you added water my other auto shot up when it started drying out. 24 cycle dude, seriously thats your problem don't change to the rest cycle until the sex shows like you would a regular grow. Get it going then adjust your lighting, im keeping my on 24 cycle until I see some hairs.

Ya know...my autos all grew great except this one...it just looked awful as a seedling and then terrible as a tween and then it just like BAM turned into this nice little plant...I don't usually kill things that are doing poorly, unless we are talking about clones, that I already have a bunch of...

Mine is looking bad too my bigger one a another thread i started but it is growing and getting bigger and bigger, I think once it gets to the 4th node and actually manifests a full leaf the growth then will absorb the light for it to grow. Just gotta wait for those main leaves to get going, the sprouting faze hase always been what I hate about growing i'll be glad when it's over and I can actually help my plants.
