It's high strength, and there's enough to spray more than a few branches. Dilute to the strength you want. Start spraying twice a day one week before you flip, and continue to spray until you start seeing dicks.

Would you recommend the 50ppm or something lower like 30ppm

Some people like to start low and build up. Some start out right at 50-100ppms. I've gone both directions and honestly can't tell if it makes any difference. Good luck.
