Auto retarded

So im just curious why i can not grow autos for the life of me.
I have now grown think different twice and red devil and blue cheese
I am a great feminized grower, but my autos have all gotten the worst deformities ive seen.
theyve all been super small and none swelled at all.
Probably wont grow them again, but i am just curious and what i could have done wrong.

4x4x7 tent
600w mh/hps
botanicare pureblend grow/bloom

fed 75% of my normal fem feed schedule

normally, and the first auto grow, i used roots organic. Burned the shit out of them and stunted them young
last run i switch to FFHF

3gallon pots.

wishi had pictures but they made me so mad

Go coco. Any you won't go back. Maybe not quite that far, but you will use coco more than you are now.

I am actually going to try coco after my next run haha on my to do list!
The guy grew like 350+ grams out of the think different, thats what made me want to try it.

350 grams of crap. I grew out over 20 of them. Crap all of them except for one which was about average.

They yielded (most of them, there were a couple that did not and would not regardless due to recessive genetics).

Autos are lower potency and have little business being grown indoors. Can't maintain winning phenotypes. All sorts to dislike. Useful outdoors in some places. Better than nothing. But alternatives are superior.

People who strongly disagree likely have only grown autos.

Also all my TD plants took significantly longer than the advertised time frame (add like 3 weeks).

i grow photo's and auto's veg on 24/0 with auto's doing their thing until done and then flip and start over
auto's can hang honestly IMO from seed to harvest its hard to find a photo that will yield the same in the same time frame
if your having a problem with yield i would
try something that is known to yield and if the problem still stands then i would assume its something your doing
i feed at 1/4 str and my soil mix is mostly coco perlite and worm castings and a bit of black / heavy loam
so almost inert soil and 1/4 str feed's once a week or so

after reading what youre going through i would say move away from FFoF
ive seen a few grown with it but i have never had any luck with it

trick to all of them is bland start soil and feed's 1/4 str 75% is really high i dont even get close to that str

Wow fuck all u haters autos are amazing u all can suck it I just pulled just under a pound from 4 plants of auto whitewidow. You're prob is you are going way to hard on the nutes don't give them any for almost the first three weeks then I go 1/8 recommended for the next 3 then 1/4 till the end and I only feed them every other watering. 600w hps 3gal buckets.

I used Happy Frog as my soil for this last run. I hate Ocean Forest for everything lol.
Thats the thing though, i fed 1/4 strength and i didnt feed until i saw pistils.
I chose think different for the yielding potential it supposedly had.

I let my girls dry out so much every time theres no way they could have been staying wet.
My blue cheese did get rootbound early in the 3 gallon which i was not expecting from an auto
zinc def hit hard in the beggining of flower as well.

My last auto did great. It was a dutch passion auto blueberry. I grew it in ffof soil with 35 percent perlite added, in a 5 gallon pot. I fed it iguana juice for nutrients. As for light I used 300 watts of CFL to veg it for a month. Then used my LED to bloom. Good flavor, and potency (14 percent Thc).

i strongly disagree.
Im converting to autos cause the outperform photos of the same age.
(potency an yield.)
had way more awfull photo plants than I've had autos..

My nycd f4 x auto haze s2

@ OP- your doing too much for your autos man. ocean forest cut with light warrior 50/50. only water until bloom sets, then fertilize for bloom lightly. Learn the strain first, then push it's limits next time you grow.

AMEN!!! You must be retarded to grow a auto indoors... save it for spring!

Maybe you overfeed them? autos dont need as much fertilizer as photos.
Are you using a light scheduale higher than 12/12? from what a friend of mine who grow indoor autos have said, 20/4 is the best for autos.

i recommend the gentiscs from Short Stuff seeds. i have person experience with the Mi5 and i love her. definitely the best auto i ever grown both for potency and yield :). But honestly i dont think its a problem with your genetics.. the ones you tried have good reputaton at least..

1 bag of happy frog to 2 bags of a coco mix I ended up using SLACKER airation mix , and 2 bags of mycorrhizae , it worked for me. I killed the first 10 seeds from SOS using the OCEANforrest light blue bags it's way too strong and burned them. mind you I'm a beginner too , it seemed like the autos just like plain water that is 5.5 ph , and the nutes have to be VERY mild less than 1/4 what it reads on the instructions, or they would burn,
