Auto flower strain - Light yellow

Hello,

This is my first time growing - I'm growing the Northern Lights strain - and the plants look okay - There is a hint of yellow that I'm concerned about and I'm not sure what it is.

Now, the photo makes the plant look more yellow than it really is.

The plant also looks droopy because I just watered it a few hours ago.

Humidity is around 30% - temps are in the high 70s to low 80s

Or is this even northern lights? Cause I'm looking at pictures of it and the leaves look nothing like it. I bought the seeds from Nirvana

Over-watering causes the yellow?

Because I just watered them a few hours ago and they always seem to drop for a day or so after watering.

best to under water then to over water, wait for your plant to wilt form under watering then that will tell you how long it takes till plants wants moor water, after finding out how long it takes for your plant to wilt from under watering water it the day before it wilted on you so if it wilts in 4 days water it in 3 days.... im still new at this but I have been been there already lol

I was going about every 3 days. After looking on google with Cannabis turning yellow from over-watering I see that this is probably the cause.

My search just wasn't defined enough for Google to help give me the correct answer.

Nice articles man! Thank you!

One question that you might know the answer too. Are lady bugs okay in the tent? Spring is starting to pop up and my area gets a decent amount of lady bugs and everytime I open the tent there is about 2-3 lady bugs sitting on the plant(s) never more than 3 lady bugs that I've been able to see.
You can tell by how lush she is ...nute burn coming up next stop unless you act now!

just water her when she droops from not being watered I think a week will be to long, look for new growth to be fine
Thanks! I've been doing the stick your finger in the soil about an inch to see how it feels and it always feels semi dry - so I would always water - I'll wait a couple days longer than I normally do and start watering then.

yea she has to be dry all the way not damp just dry, when she dose start to wilt from needing water pick your pot up and see how light it is, thats the best way to tell if she needs watered, but for right now let her wilt from needing watered then how ever many days that took from last watering you will know to water her the day before she droops again from no water, its ok to let roots dry up some...

Hey guys, I'm back.

It's been 5 days since I last watered my main girl and she doesn't look any better. Her soil feels ALMOST dry, I watered her two other sisters a little bit ago because they were bone dry.

Her leaves at the bottom are turning a hint of yellow (mostly one)

Pics attached. Is it something else, or does it just take more time for her to recover from the over-watering, or am I just being paranoid since it's my first grow...
