Auto Flower Feminised Questions

people hate on them because you cant clone them,,and any original strain thats been crossed with ruderalis cannot be as potent as the original,they make them pretty good,,but no way is it as good as the original

remember to phase in your nutes with small doses to begin with (1/4 of the reccomended amount). Im growing some diesel lowryder at the moment and even with a low dose of nutes they suffered some burn in there early days.

Anyone every grow their own femminized seeds? I am about to attempt to do that myself. I am doing it with Lowryder #2 plants.
I would like to hear from experience how it is done. I am using a 50ppm solution of gibberillic acid sprayed on a lower branch on each of the 3 females. I have 1 male kept aside for his pollen to insure I do get a seed crop if femming doesnt go as planned.
My LR2 were over 40 days old when they started to presex. and did so under 20on 4off so I know they are an auto flower or af x ?.
I thought I had used a reputable seed place so I hope the reason they took so long is my room was too chilly, about 68f with roots at 62f. Now since its warmed up the room is more like 75f with roots about 70f. they are 22in tall to 18in and smallest is 8 in. Also what amount of seeds does a lowryder2 fully seeded produce?

Its about 33 - 4" away from the plant, its growing like crazy but it is not growing very tall, its a bout 3" high and 7" across... its on day 11

no keep it as close as possible u want it to grow shorter,,shorter internodes=more budd,,itl grow to normal height ul see,itl just be bushy as hell and tight

by growing shorter,i meant u dont want it to stretch u want ti to grow tall,,but compact,,like its doing for u

in the process of growing 4 auto hindu kush. they germed on 04/11/09 and i must say they look great. feed them 1/2 strength mirical grow reg. after the 2nd week,then switched to a super bloom @ 1/2 strength.But also 1/2 watered them first then nute. Plants look very healthy big colas and the thc is pouring on. I also started (12/01/09) 4 ganja dwarfs, 4 fem diesel ryders and 1 roadrunner auto fem. Will feed after the 3rd week w/reg. mirical grow. But remember to 1/2 water them first!!!! every time. Kush are being grown under 432 watts(T5) of flourescents w/bloom bulbs. Was under grow bulbs until the preflowering started. Other plants are under (TT105) flouescents and they to look great. All plants were started in jiffy pellets and transplanted to there home pots after 2nd set of leaves came out. Also remember that the bigger they get the more watering they need

ive got an auto blueberry in week 5 on 24/0 straight light cycle,,,its growing great.
im not sure if i can keep it there till harvest or should i give it some darkness?

Well dude, you should leave the lights on all the way though. I have hear that if you shut the lights completely off for the last 2 days, thats supposed to shock the plant into giving up it's last drops of thc. But I don't know if that works on autos or not. You could try it and let me know. Later dude.

I've been "dabbling" with auto flowering strains for about a year now. And I must take exception to the comment that the potency isn't as good as that of "regular" strains. I've grown Afghan & Pakistan Ryder, Easy Ryder, Red & White Dwarf, AK48 and Lowryder #2. Though I wasn't entirely pleased with the Red or White Dwarf plants.....The others, Easy Ryder in particular, were freaking incredible smoke! I've got 5 Short Ryders, just put into soil minutes ago. This smoke is couch lock and the yields on SR can be significant! (imho). Anyway, best of luck to all and may you reap wondrous rewards!

Dude, are you were talking to me, you sent a message to my mail box talking about the lack of potency of autos. I never said that and if I did could you show me. Auto's are very potent plants. Iv'e grown Hindu Kush, NYC Diesel, RoadRunner, Onyx, Lowryder#1, Russia Rocket Fuel, Himalaya Blue Diesel and loved them all.
