I struck a deal with my bank and it was supposed to be deed-in-lieu of foreclosure now they are coming back and saying that since time to vacate is 90 days (and because of hoa's) they want it to be consent to final judgement..obviously they're trying to protect themselves and don't give a shit about me.
would consent to final judgement affect adversely? we're suing each other and i have a good defense..they tried to rip me off big time and i caught them.
