THIS PROPOSED AMENDMENT IS DESIGNED TO CREATE A NEW ARTICLE I, SECTION 28 ("Right to Marijuana for Treatment Purposes") OF THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION SO AS TO PERMIT THE CULTIVATION, PURCHASE, POSSESSION AND USE OF MARIJUANA TO TREAT ALZHEIMER’S, CACHEXIA, CANCER, CHRONIC PAIN, CHRONIC NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDERS, CROHN’S DISEASE, EPILEPSY AND OTHER SEIZURE DISORDERS, GLAUCOMA, HIV/AIDS, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, PARKINSON’S, DISEASES CAUSING MUSCLE SPASTICITY, OR OTHER DISEASES AND CONDITIONS WHEN RECOMMENDED BY A PHYSICIAN.

Already have my petition signed and mailed in. Any thoughts on other ways of getting the good word out to our fellow Floridians? We have to get this vote for Florida!

University of Central Florida has pro marijuana propaganda on campus it seems almost everyday and now Orlando is heading the legalization process! I love it!

Hey all. I live in South Florida. I am going to take several hundred copies of this to the community college near me and start collecting signatures. Get registered voters to sign one and YOU keep it and turn it in. That way we know its gonna count. Have all your friends sign one for you to submit and give each one of them a few blank ones and tell them to return them to you once they are signed.

Whats up? I live over in Brevard and I'm 19 years old. Broke, Getting kicked out of my house. But i'm printing about 1,000 and walking around and handing them out to help spread the word!

Doing the same thing here in Palm Beach county...I've got about 35 or so signed at this point and I work this cause everyday...keep up the hard work and spread the word!!!! Peace :leaf:

bump... didn't make it this year, but they are keeping donations and petitions and continuing to accumulate more for submission on 2012 ballots.
