Hah....I wouldn't expect a company to replace something that could be a result of your skills. or genetics..............just be happy they are willing to put THEIR business on the line to get you seeds......If a company would refund me cause seeds didnt germinate....I would order every day just to tell them they didnt pop....LOL

suffice it to say, and i guess you know more than me cause your post count is higher, my "skills" , knowledge, and set ups (plural) are WAY above average.

if several beans (that cost me $12 to $15 each before shipping) didn't germinate, and, according to your very "astute" logic, genetics was the culprit, it's THEIR duty & responsibility (as a business that sells VIABLE seeds) to rectify the poor product isuue.

it is a "seed bank" after all... and I am (was) a paying customer.

we're not talking about freebies here.

i say : if they replace a fucking free seed, they DEFINITELY should have replaced the seeds that didn't sprout... and for which i paid a premium.

furthermore, i have purchased tons of gear (in other words, thousands $ over tens years) from seed banks (sannie's seed bank being my fav) & have never been treated as such.

finally, since i run a legit business, i can only hope & pray to have my guys in your house(s). this way, you can be absolutely sure i'll treat you the way attitude treated me.

and, for way less money than i gave attitude, you'd be bitching and slandering me (and my biz) hardcore.

since i am entitled to my opinion, fuck attitude.

Hah....damn buddy....smoke a bowl....I'm just saying I wouldn't expect a company to just send me more seeds for something that could of been my fault......not saying you dont know how to grow....just so many variables in growing to blame it on the breeder......I bought a bunch of jalapeno pepper plants earlier this year....put em on the north(lol) side of my house on the deck....they didnt recieve enough sun throughout the day and when they did get sun it was a direct hot ass sun blast and just pretty much shriveled up and died.........do you think the nursery will refund me? I still have my reciept!!!

i am just saying, from a business perspective, attitude did me wrong... all the while giving me the run-a-round via emails.

they had no issue with my money.
i had no issue with other seeds i bought ...that DID germinate.

that's all.

and, after doing some research, i found evidence of barneys farm (the culprit) pumping out some suspect gear.

still, attitude should try & make me happy just like crushed seed dude.

taking your advice, i will go smoke a bowl.

I received my Attitude shipment today and one of the Freebie seeds was totally crushed.

The Short Stuff Seeds Super-Cali Haze (super auto) came stapled to a UFO Business card with the other 2 freebies from Short Stuff and was crushed (no damage from the staple).It was the only seed with damage and it was behind the other 2 seeds.It was also wrapped in the t-shirt I had ordered.The seed had to be damaged leaving their warehouse.There wasn't any damage to the inside packaging (small bubble wrap envelope) or outside packaging. Hmmm.....

The advanced Seeds Sweet Dwarf looks like it was opened then stapled closed also.No biggie,as long as the seed enclosed is the Sweet Dwarf.

I'm not sure if I should contact them to see if they would send another Super-Cali Haze (super auto) Freebie?
Or is it a waste of my time?

What do you guys think?


I did pay for the guaranteed shipping. I'd love another seed,but don't want to pay any additional shipping.

The Good News....It only took 6 busniess days to get to me in the U.S.

Received my replacement Short Stuff Seeds Super-Cali Haze super auto from Attitude today.They also included 2 extra seeds.Short Stuff Seeds Onyx Feminized and Short Stuff Seeds Blue Himalaya Feminized.
So they ended up resending me the whole promotional freebie set again. KooL
Very happy with their customer service.

I agree with the poster that Attitude doesn't understand being in business. Attitude is only hurting themselves int he long run of things. Attitude is already getting a bad reputation for shipping bad seeds. When you are in business you main goal should always be to make sure you are selling quality products. In reality what is that you as a business are losing? seeds? Please its not like the seeds are costing you anything to re-ship minus shipping costs. You can get thousands of seeds from a single plant so it costs you nothing in the long run. If a business is smart the business sees that a minimal cost in shipping to make their customers happy will bring back those cutomers ten fold in the long run.

If i was you, i would contact them im sure they will send you another free seed, it's a good strain aswell your missing out on.
