Attitude seedbank and Fruadulent visa charges

Hello Rollitupers, just wanted to give you guys a headsup that someone tried to use my visa card in Denmark after ordering from the Attitude. I am sure that my information was compromised from the Attitude because I haven't used my card since ordering in January. I never had a problem with the Attitude seedbank before and have always received my gear so this is no to bash them. Just to warn others. Turn on your fruad detection!

Thanks for the heads up, was about to make an order today but I got cock blocked by visa friggin verified. I need to get a new card one of these days and not forget the password this time.

Damn, I placed an order last week thats not what I like to hear lol. I went with a money order though, thanks for posting! Its always good for others to share their bad experiences so we can take them into consideration when selecting a seed bank.

back in the day you were able to just send cash to the seedbanks and trust on good faith you would get your shit, which the two times I ordered seeds I got it. Can you not do that anymore with these seedbanks?

Infact most of the earlier seedbank websites used to tell you strait up, especially for american orders to send cash so there was no tracking of the money back to you.

happens all the time...did with me on a different seed site.........the net is a dodgy place...just use a pay as you go card instead.....

what? really? i've never had a problem other than when my bank tried to block a purchase until i went in and told 'em to step off. why is it that it seems in threads like this attitude randomly sticks it to someone?

if you get bogus charges, dispute them.

Yup...or Western Union. I used to order seeds from Marc Emery that way all the time. You would wire the money, and always got your seeds, and they were top shelf all the time. He's even answer the phone personally if you had any question or issues. What a friggin' cool guy.

same thing happened to me on buy.com and overstock.com fraud protection is key. pre-paid visa the best route to avoid such instances. i make my order at attitude then run to the store with the total and get my card. no worries.

how can you give a heads up when it most likely wasnt even down to them? it could be from anywhere nowadays and its fairly common even if you dont shop online.

I am positve it is from the Attitude. Like I said not bashing them but their security is lacking. Visa fraud detection saved me $400 bucks.

Try the visa one those are taken pretty much anywhere. Just activate it and tell them your are using it overseas so they can activate it for overseas.

just curious how long between when u made the order at attitude, and when you noticed the fraud on your CC account?

I ordered during the January promotion. The fraudulent charges were done at 5am this morning by some douche in Denmark.

To anyone who ordered for the lucky 7 promo just double check. I also got charged an extra small fee
days after my original purchase from attitude
