I don't want to get into an involved relationship by PMing, how 'bout I answer the question here.
After much debate we've determined that THE MAN can get any info on seedbank delivery by ... wait for it ... ordering a pack of seeds for themselves. Now I'm not saying that the billions of dollars spent on drug law enforcement will enable them to hire the people who can figure this out, but I'm betting one of them caught on to it or is a private pothead themselves and blurted it out in a meeting one morning while staring at the coffee machine and thinking about last night's Stargate Atlantis rerun. That show had another 5 years left in it, it's a crying shame.
The DVD option means the seed packs are delivered in a movie rental style DVD case - tough as hell so the seeds will never crush and a plausible reason for someone to send you something that is valuless yet is more than a simple letter. Great option, get the Track and Trace Guaranteed Delivery option as well if you want peace of mind. I got the T-shirt delivery option and the T-shirt was too small. I think that's enough said about that option.
There are a couple of breeders/seedbanks who ask that their delivery system not be talked about online and we respect their wishes. Attitude is not one of them.

my question is, what kind of dvd case is it sent in and will it be shrink wrapped.
if its some obscure blank dvd case without any wrap then i will take the t-shirt option. if not, then the stealth dvd looks more appealing.

Not a hard brittle clear case, a black shipping case - very secure. Mine was not shrink wrapped but to be honest if customs goes to the trouble of opening the package and they'll cut the wrap and check inside the case - they can feel it's a case through the packaging, why open the package if they're not going to look in the case.

I get attitude souvenirs at least 2 times per month sent regular mail nothing special and I get every order in 5-8 days. It is not as big a deal as you are making out. I never order the stealth or any other way and I live in Texas. USA and have never lost an order. Attitude, Nirvana, and Sannies all 3 of my favs and I have never been ripped. Next I am trying http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl and will post when I receive.

thats good to hear, i will prolly order the tshirt stealth option every time because i have a real small wardrobe and i cant pass up a $10 shirt, even if its random.
