In the mainstream, these kinds of arguments, horribly failed logic, juvenile emotional outbursts and the like are as common as a housefly.

Here I kinda thought to open it and see a different political atmosphere, but no.

It looks like the status quo with some teeny tiny changes around the edges of the Transgendered Bathroom choices will be the main political football in 2017 and beyond. All the serious stuff like the continued slide of the middle classes into a civilized poverty, infrastructure emergencies like the Grid that we all depend upon for everything, and interest rates on savings that frighten everyone who bought the 10 yr Treasury 5 years ago, will see to it that only the top 10% continue to flourish.

Wall Street black eyed mavens, honchos and big jefes will continue to be unindicted, and buying their multiple mistresses 5,000 sq ft flats in London, St. Bart's and Monaco.

So how about we start with putting somebody in office who won't follow the same old unfunded "cut taxes to stimulate the economy" hogwash that began the slide that you accurately describe? Somebody who has shown herself to change according to the will of the electorate? Also putting congressmen in office who subscribe to the idea that the wealth of the nation is in its people and not in Wall Street?

Or are you one of the people who would tell everybody to not vote as some form of passive protest?
