Ok, i live in the south east of england and there is plenty of woodland to grow weed. But, all the woodland in my area are pheasent shooting or public footpaths.

Iv found afew good spots. Iv bin there often and never seen anyone, although i know pheasent hunters go there.

Has anybody els ever had this problem?
Or should i just risk it?

Im from the Southwest, found some great places on cliff faces, in nettle patches and in the middle of overgrown brambles etc is where I'm growing this year (My first time outside.)

My plan is to not use anything like chicken wire, and try and make the plants blend into the back ground.

(Another place Im looking at is hedge rows, around where I live these never get touched)

:P Nice to see Im not the only South UK on this forum.

Southwest here! Nettle patches in wooded areas with a fallen tree. Fallen trees guarantee sunshine will break through the tree canopy and nettles will guarantee camoflauge and no wandering feet.

Uk southern growers, just wondering what kind of problems you experience in your grows?

(Already got great spots etc)

But my plan is to sprout them inside under lights for a couple weeks, and plant them... with afew nutrients etc. Then leave til September/October, maybe check up now and again?

Will this work? Any tips please :bigjoint:

Its what I do. Tips= plant on a slope for drainage, make sure the South is not blocked so full sunshine can be available, scatter fine sand in abundance all round the area you plant which keeps slugs off. Finally, dont visit it till you think it is ready to keep the site secure.

Cheers man. What time do you plant? Ish. Any what strains do people suggest for UK? Im thinking of Northern light x Big bud and Purple power, (Which looks super tasty).
