shit , false "logic" from thcf@rmer did me way worse.

i've never had a problem the 'tude didnt solve.
my orders exceed a couple stacks easy as my collection is just that a collect-ion.

& i'd love to date jodie.
she talks brittish talk... so hawt ;-)
 
if tude would start actually using stealth tactics when shipping, i would use them again, never had an order snagged,, but got sick of their "stealth" shipping, it's a complete joke. if your package gets opened, it's a wrap.

OK I have to agree their stealth is not exactly friggin stealthy all the time :/ I always recommend the shirt, the cup's a joke and the wallet tends to crush the freebies. They even re-send the freebies if you moan about it though. Seriously man, you must've really rubbed Jodi the wrong way. Meeeow.

OK so I'll make a USEFUL comment... Wherever Attitude doesn't get a package into, Herbies or Sannies does... Just MUCH more limited selection. Try Sannies, TONS of excellent reviews both on service and their in-house genetics.

How could you get sick of their stealth shipping? You only had 1 order. Good lord. Just be yourself man. Don't try to be more than you are. They got your beans to you. What more do you want? I agree with you 100% that they need to change their shipping. I am not going to order from them until they change things too. I have 6 orders from them and they all made it. Be happy your orders go through NY.

The OP said he didn't get the last 2 orders but yet pays for another? If I missed one order and there were fishy circumstances and there was no refund or reship, I would not place another order with that seed seller again. I've used Attitude a few times and always got my seeds. I've used Doc Chronic , Seed Boutique , Mandala , all multiple times and always had seeds come thru. I've only made one order that came out of the Netherlands from a place called GroShopAlien and those seeds came thru also.

One thing I do not like about Attitude now is they stopped taking U.S. money orders which is my preferred method of payment.They only accept UK based money orders now.

I've made more orders from Seed Boutique than any of the other seed sellers I've ordered from and Seed Boutique still takes US money orders. I'll never deal with Attitude because of them dropping US money orders. I've only sent green cash twice and that was to Mandala in Spain but that was over 2 years ago and I'm not ever risking mailing cash again even though it went thru.

Money order is the only method I feel comfortable using.

I have seen tons of Attitude orders, my buddies go through them all the time, and their stealth sucks ass. What the hell are you talking about? Be yourself? And then you go and agree with me? Why would I use Attitude if I can go somewhere else that has good stealth for the same price. I have seen more than enough attitude orders to know their stealth is a joke.

AGAIN HOW IS IT MY FAULT all i did was give them money for them to write the wrong address on a parcel if your saying its my fault i didnt get a refund i will with a chargeback from visa THIS POST ISNT COMPLAINING ABOUT A REFUND I MAY OR MAY NOT GET its about the customer service you receive with attitude and the scamming behavior who knows if they just didnt have the right stock in at the time, so they just give you someone else tracking number knowing they will make you wait it out for 21days and then ask for another 10days
while the new stock is coming in?
Its called marketing if they didnt have the stock we would go to herbies or greenhouse or dinafem

why would i want to deal with them if they keep delaying the process the idiots are still chassing me on facebook trying to get me to take this down offering freebies( I was very well known to them and we always had messages from them & talks on the page about stuff i too havent had problems in years as well this is why i am so pissed off) in the end i am a man of principle and all i am saying is if someone clearly has sent it to a wrong address and the customer waits it out why ask for another 10 days why even make it a hassle its not like they sent it to me and i am scamming them they can see the tracking too its crystal clear to see and should be simple fix considering its in the USA and i live in AUS

I just want to show everyone how much of a fuck arond it was and how they make mistakes and make the customs wait becuase it somehow there fault and should wait ( Sorry i will not wait for attitude to get the returned mail back from across the world before they reship it and we dont order and get our seeds then pay a month later do we ? )

He knew what you meant about being behind in the season. You didn't understand what he said. You can not say anything to them about growing, meaning you can't tell them you're behind in the season. So, you claim to have ordered from Attitude many time with no problems, but you act like this the first time you have a problem.
 
I always use single seed centre beans reach me in no more than 8

INTERNATIONAL POLICY IS FOR SHIPPING ENQUIRIES TO BE MADE IN COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. IT IS ROYAL MAIL NOT ATTITUDE. They make it CLEAR who they use.

You just go demanding a refund, then get all aggressive at the girl. Their terms of use state that they can NOT re-ship before 21 days. They make NO claim that they will refund anything, only to RE-SHIP LOST ORDERS OR DAMAGED CONTENT. The law in the UK does NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL SEEDS FOR GERMINATION so be REALLY happy they are getting away with all of us breaking that one rule that keeps them in business.

If you go through the forums and read the reviews on Attitude, you will find all the tips you need to get your package to your door safely. YOU fucked up. Not them. So you give them the worst lip and of course your account gets deleted. Thousands of happy customers and then guys that just lose it over nothing.

I can't think of one other person that didn't have their order re-sent if something went wrong, not ONE.
There was one time when I experienced a slight issue with my order. They accidentally forgot to package two beans. I emailed them kindly with attached pictures. Jodie gave me a choice if I wanted them sent out asap or if I wanted to bundle it with a future order with added freebies. I chose the latter.
 
Attention all readers attitude has agreed to resend my order AFTER i just took photos of the US Green Tape on my Australian Address Envalope ...
Its just strange as my last two orders in a row havent gone smoothly at all...
the last one tracking number just stop when it arrived here, I have had heaps of shit taken by Australian Customs they are generally really nice about it and send you a kind notice in the mail asking please dont do this again it waste our time.. lol But the last order the tracking number just stopped

Now this strange Tape either way they are gonna resend the order lets just hope they send the right beans unlike last problem reship order my greenhouse beans got replaced with kannibah seeds or some shit .

They factor the probability into the likelihood that you will not get your order when they price their seeds. The point of a good business is customer satisfaction. Without that, profit will decline and expenses will increase. Any experienced businessman would agree with that.
 
You wouldn't get a US customs green tag on a package sent to Australia from England... To me it looks like the Attitude is scamming it's own customers. Or the US feds are somehow in on it like they were with Emery. Either way doesn't look good to me...

Whats with the US customs in aussie territory? Australia and the US have a weird buddy buddy relationship but i didn't figure we were checking there mail for them........
