Atami nutrients on first hydroponic grow

i want to begin to use hydroponic and i would like to use Atami nutrients
starting from the aplication diagram i've developed one grow callendar fos a 25 litter tank

i have some questions for those who use atami nutrients:
how do i use the b'cuzz hydro ?
equal parts from each ?
if for the 5th week is 37ml/25L , i have to use 37ml of A and 37ml of B ?

The callendar is ok ?
