At what RH% do you need a humidifier in flower?

Mine is at 20% and i am noticing the leaves canoeing a bit...I think the low humidity is stressing them out.

RH and Temperature work with one another , if your running 20% and higher temps the plants are working to hard to keep up with the abnormal respiration due to low humidity .. I run my flower room anywhere from 40%-60% Rh at night time and I maintain an adequate air flow and exchange to avoid mold and mildew :)

For 1,000's of years, the plants have evolved into what it needs to max out... 60% humidity, 78 to 81 temp. To increase humidity, a croak pot or a coffee maker filled with
water should do the trick.

I have more problems due to high humidity than due to low. I keep my RH under 50% for veg and flower. Good air circulation and temp control are vital. I like temps in the low to mid 70's day and low to mid 60's night, 40% RH.

The canoeing is probably due to light/heat stress.
