Ashes

I smoke hemp paper joints and save the ashes. I give the ashes to my
plants and they seem to love it. I found this really helps with potency.
I do this on a small scale and still give the plants all the regular newts.
If you haven't tried this I suggest you do. I just put a spoon full on the soil
before a nice soak.

Potash...aka potassium, high pH, watch out, washes out quickly

I save all my ash throughout the year and ash of fruit skin/rind like cantaloupe, oranges, avocado's etc, have ridiculous amounts of potassium and usually sizeable amounts of P too..
