Arthritis relief for senior?

Hi there.

can someone give me some guidance on what could help arthritic pain in knees, hands,etc for a 89 yr old senior? Am i looking for oil, butter,etc and does topical provide a high? I dont want that if so.....What should I be looking for by name,etc..thanks so much in advance

So in your statement above you said you don't want to get high is that right..? And are you looking for ways other than smoking

its not for me, it is for my grandmother. thats right, no smoking.
she is almost 90 and i dont want her to get high and fall or something so was wondering what topical(oil,butter,etc) should i be looking for for arthritic pain? and if topicals can get you stoned.....i will be with her first time just in case when i find a product.

Ok I see from what I've heard a topical will be fine for her my sister has cerebal palsy I recently took her to a specialist and I was given lots of paperwork for different methods and there was lots of good info on topicals so let me look through and get you what I can as far as names and possible places websites ETC

My gf has three types of arthritis she didn't get much relief from the topicals and sativex made her sick.
So she vapes a high cbd very low thc strain. I think it's like 2% thc and 8%cbd.
Some dispensaries sell some slow release edibles but she is going to get a little high.
