I never said what anyone is doing is legal...

But providing or offering medicine to an out of state patient is completely legal by the AMMA...

Selling is not to any patient...

I'v been quietly sitting back and reading a bunch over the past year and I see the current laws as muddy to say the least. You can BUY from a dispensary but they're arent any dispensaries yet. Patient to patient is okay and expenses for the grow can be covered. How the hell does that work? Do you need a comprehensive report on all the money spent for equip - rent - utilities - nutes - misc. If so meds would cost a fortune.

I see more confusion in the future - more clueless police making arrests - more clueless prosecutors trying cases - and more clueless patients ending up in jail for medicating legally - or so they thought. There will be more lawsuits - more changes to the existing laws - and even more confusion.

I'll just sit back dazed and confused and grow my own quality meds for myself and my patients and hope i'm not breaking any laws that are buried deep or arent worded in language a human can understand.
