Flowerbomb Kush by Strainhunters

Blue Cheese by Barneys farm

And Grandaddy purp by Grandaddypurp.com

How are these strains for beginners? Also will carbon filter in s tent with negative pressure going to be enough to hide the smell outside the tent?

While I have a carbon filter in my flower room, I rarely have to turn it on. If your plants are not stressed and are happy with their surroundings, they will not smell.

As far as your strain choice, I personally haven't grown any you've listed....but the rule-of-thumb is go with indica or indica-dom strains as they are more beginner-friendly and can take abuse much better than sativa dom strain....as a rule.

Idk about that man, I've grown plenty of stanky weed that was plenty healthy through the entire grow. Personally, I think its more genetic than induced.

I think any of those strains will suit you just fine. Blue Cheese was one of my own first grows. I'd save the granddaddy purps for after you got a grow under your belt. Keeping negative pressure in the tent is the tent and it seems like you understand that. If you have a proper size filter and fan then you shouldn't have any problems with the smell.

LOL.....I KNEW that would bring on some responses.

It's not my concept about happy plants.....it's RM3's and I have to say that his whole "happy plant" theory works. I have 12 plants in my flower room and exhaust right out to the bottom of my basement stairs......and no bud smell. If I mess with my nutrients and the plants don't like it......bud stink.

You can put your head in my flower room and not smell anything.

i would prefer to have plants that do not smell at all for security reasons , the taste is important to me the smell if nice is a bonus ,
my plants are healthy and they all stink, strain/pheno dependent of course some stink more than others

perhaps i should abuse one of my plants to see if it smells more test out the theory LOL,

i run a carbon filter automatic essential oil sprayers and some ozone too from week 4 of 12/12 this cuts the smell down to practically nothing in the room
you would have to stand right next to a plant to smell anything

peace
