Hiya, just the update with 2 pics. One is flowering more than the other one but is less bushy. They both are growing like different strains? Let me know guys what do you generally think about them. They are around 32 cm and 34 cm high. 46 days old. Ordered some canna boost will come next week. When is best to use it? Does anybody knows that you should turn the cfl dual spectrum bulb that the red side is facing the plants? Thanks, How are you Johny?

Hello ozzy, thing are well thanks for asking mate. Glad to see your plants healthy and happy. However I can see they are experiencing some moisture stress which is typical when growing in coco. Personally I would change schedule to (water/dry/feed/dry/water/dry/feed and so on). You can start using boost accelerator as soon as you get it, start at 0.5ml/l and after 2 weeks increase to 1ml/l. Don't worry about turning light bulb red side towards the plants as long as you have a reflector.

BTW even if your plants are from the same genetics, it does not mean they will grow identically! Only clones from the same mother plant grow identically in similar conditions.

Another thing is that is that matter if after dry day they are wilting a bit? Or is that normal?

There are two reason why plants wilting, moisture stress or high concentration of nutrients in growing medium. Don't worry about under feeding them, it is very easy to notice when they are hungry. Plants usually slowly turning from green to light green, and as soon as you feed them colour will turn back to healthy green. But if you overfeed your plants it will stunt them for a while and do some unrecoverable damage and you can not afford it with autos . It is very important to give them plain water frequently to make sure there are no precipitation build up.

Actually after dry day they look like that

I don't think its a big problem, the one on the left looks fine. just keep an eye on it and post some pics if you notice smoothing you don't like. Do you use magne-cal every time you feed?

Magne cal all the time bud as you said!!! Maybe give them more of it? The plant on the left is always more darker green and leaves more indica. The bushy one is rather a bit lime green. How long do you think they need to finish?

Use magne cal to plain water as well as to feed, if you see burned tips, stop straight away. reason for this difference could be anything. It's still looks healthy so I wouldn't do any major changes. Check the website where you got these seeds, it should say how long it takes for plant from start to finish. I can make a prediction, it still needs about one month at least. The rule of thumb is when 70% of trichomes turn (brow/orange) plant is ready to harvest. What I do is when 50% turned brown, I flush and then give it one week before harvest.

Hi Johny, tips of some leaves are pointing down looks like a bit of nitrogen toxicity I think, but does not look to bad as tips are nice and green. Just received today a PK 13/14. They say to use 3 weeks before harvest so probably soon. What would you do? But as one plant is flowering more then the other one so it might finish and be ready to harvest later as well?

this is a little nutrient overdose, plants should adapt to it. perhaps giving magne-cal with plain water was bad idea..

Everything is OK - many plants have the red lining/purple on the stalks. They are healthy !!!! Remember auto's don't like nutrients as much as other strain Example: vegation stage 10-5-10 or 5-1-1 Flower stage 5-10-10 or 0-10-10 Remember there are 3 stages of the flower stage (early, middle, late)(each requiring a specific N_P_K)

Hi and thanks for the comment,
It is quite difficult for me to weigh up all this proportions as this is my first grow and I don't know how to really do that with canna a + b. At the moment they are getting 1ml/L of a + b and from today will be 0.5ml/L of canna boost and in a few days I will add some pk 13/14.

Your are fine - when adding other "boosters, ect" along/with your base nutrients on should allway reduce amounts by 1/4 or 1/2. An old saying goes: Less is Best !!!!! It'

Hi to all, any idea what is that? There is on each plant at the moment as you can see on the photos. Not much yet but think that will be more of this discoloration. And tips of one leaf curled up.20150524_180950.jpg Thanks
