Hi guys!
Late july I decided to germinate some bagseed I had. They were vegged for 4 weeks from seed and they complete today their 6th week of flowering. Not sure about the strain but think it is Critical Mass or some hybrid of it. First few weeks with fluoro's and with HPS 400w later on. They were fed with BioGrow for veg and BioBloom and TopMax for flowering. Last thursday fed them with BioBloom and TopMax. Today fed them TopMax only.

Looking at their trichomes today I think it is something like this: 40 to 50% amber, 25-30% cloudy and the rest of it transparent. Should I start flushing? When should I harvest?

There are plenty of pics, showing different plants. They suffering some heat stress on the top but that ain't much I can do about it right now. Some of the pics show some of the plants that are taking a bit more to mature (they had a period of 3 days in total darkness and overfert a week and half ago, as I was on vacation and a friend of mine didn't take care of them that properly). Some pics taken with HPS light, some others with a fluorescent and some others with flash from the camera.

Any help would be great!
Thanks!

From the outside they don't look ready to me, but the trichomes will tell you all you need to know. I'd flush now I guess and hope those clear trichomes go cloudy during that time. I harvest at <10% clear.

In front of me they look a bit more "brown" than in the pics. Apart from that, that's right how they look. 3 of them, I know they have maybe 2 or 3 weeks left but the other 3 look nearly done. Those 3 have swollen up a lot more last week.

get a microscope from radio shack and check those trichs, they tell you everything you need to know.
As I mentioned above, maybe 40-50% amber, 25-30% cloudy and the rest of them clear.

The lower buds are more immature and some of them appeared a few weeks ago. Should I harvest the top buds and leave the others to mature or do I have to harvest the whole plant at a time?

you can see new bud growth at the top of many of those colas, however, the trichs will tell you, and it's not uncommon for the bud to be ripe but to start a new round of growth, it depends on whether you think it's gotten too ripe, or if you can let the new growth ripen a little without effecting the existing growth...
