Looks male. Wait a few days to be sure. One looks like it has a pistil coming out of it.

Yeah see this is the first day I have noticed what is in the pic. I'm growing outdoors and it is bag seed so don't know the strain. But mine don't look like that yet. The plants have been outside for about 5 weeks now. Been pretty rainy summer thus far around the Toronto area.

The one in my pic looked like yours about 5 to 8 days ago, mines outdoor too btw

Ok well I think what I'm going to do is wait about a week and if I see the sacks start to get larger I am going to get rid of it

The first picture I put up is a second plant. Are you saying that both look male to you? I hope not as I'm pretty sure it is to late to start a couple more from seed.

I don't know. It was one I selected out of about 10 males from several strains.
