Are these males?

So I was given a batch of replacement seeds for some feminised Jack Herer from BC Bud Depot after a 6 pack(I paid $100ish) did not yield a single germinating seed. Im 99% sure these are male but in my 3 grows I have only seen this happen with 4 times, only with the JH seeds. On my last grow I had one but no decent camera so I chopped it as a saftey measure. Now I have 3 that are looking like this and I really don't want to chop them. To chop or not to chop:

Thanks to the kind people that respond.

Don't look at it as a bad thing, you got some majestic stallions! Let them pollinate and collect the pollen then when you get some female put a small amount of pollen with a paintbrush on selected spots and you'll get a couple seeds with still smoke able weed. That way you don't have to buy seeds!

Couldn't see your avatar until I looked close ......the funny thing is I'm always battling squirrels on my property lmao. Hope none of those kind show up here .....
I battle them too. They are huge and we have 6 giant Oak trees on my property and they are all over the place. They dig up the dirt in my pots and in my garden. A .22 works ok but a shotgun is best for those little bastards. Good Luck in you ongoing war. lol
