Are These CFL's enough to yield 100grams minimum in my GL40 grow tent?

Hey guys,

I am looking to yield 3 zips + 10 grams in my GL40 grow tent and I was wondering if the following CFL's are good enough to get those results. I'll be growing 1 Large Arjans Haze #3. I got flowering & veg nutrients already. This is going to be a soil grow.

For Veg:
1x125W 6500k (about 8000 Lumens)
2x23W 6500k (About 1850 Lumens)
1x23W 2700k (About 1800 Lumens)
Total: 13500 Lumens

For Flowering:
1x125W 2700k (About 8000 lumens)
1x105W 2700k (About 6000 lumens)
1x23W 6500k (About 1850 Lumens) (using a 6500k so I can promote growth a little)
1x23W 2700k (About 1800 Lumens)
Total: 17650 lumens

I'm thinking of vegging to 4-5" since the strain takes 12 weeks to flower.

I'm going to use either 1,gal, 2gal, 3gal or 5 gal pot (which do you think is better)

Also what do you guys think of doing a scrog/lst in there also.

My tent has my Carbon Filter inside of it but I was thinking maybe its better to just put aluminum ducting and get my carbon filter, fan silencer, and inline fan outside it so I can have more room.

P.S My lumen ratings is based on manufactures rating.

Thanks

Yield depends on a lot more than the lights. Yes wattage and placement are key, but it will also depend a lot on how long you vegetate your plant. Only allowing it to get 4-5" tall before flowering wouldn't make it a large enough plant to support near a QP, imo. You'd want it more near a foot and a half probably. Also the method of growth, light placement, and a handful of other factors come into play as well. It being in soil doesn't exactly help either. You are going to want to use a 5GAL pot IMO to induce the most vigorous root growth possible.

Also 100 grams = 3zips+16grams xP.

3.5 zips from one plant under about 250 watts of CFL lighting won't be an easy feat.

Like some0kid mentioned, you'll need to veg it for a lot longer than you think - probably 6 - 8 weeks. And either LST or ScrOG is a necessity with CFL growing unless you have twice as much lighting which you can spread around the plant/grow space.

what kind of fan do you use for the tent? how many CFM? asking because I've been considering the same tent for my first indoor grow

Drop the complicated bulb mixture you are using and keep it simple - go to Homedepot.com and search "TCP Springlight" and get a bunch of the 67w(300wEq) cfls for flowering, 4800 lumens each - then get a couple packs of the 100w Daylight bulbs for flowering.

I am having trouble with my phone sending pics atm or id get you a pic of what im about to harvest off of them - I got one plant untopped about 3 feet tall that will probably harvest 2oz, a salvaged outdoor "palm tree" plant that has 1 giant bud at the top, and another mini deez plant with a koala the size of a regulation football. After this grow I am setting the entire closet from a constant 12/12 back to veg for a massive LST setup.
