Hello, i have plants that are a month old. Do u think they're ready for 12 on off

A month is usually a good amount of veg time. To me it looks like you have plants that are different ages or atleast different strains best to have lights as close to the tops as possible. Some look a little small for flowering in my opinion. All depends on your space and amount of lighting you have.
