Are Nats very harmful to my girls

I had nats on my last plants, I treated with a 70/40 water alcohol treatment and it seemed to get rid of them.(per recomendation of a fellow RIU er) But also seemed to kill the stank in my girls. I have a new batch in to flower and started to notice them again. Can I neem oil during this stage or will it kill my taste o bud

They lay eggs under your soil or in your hydroton rocks.These larvae eat your roots.I've always just bought mosquito dunks from home depot or lowes.Put a couple in a zip lock bag and crush em.Spinkle on top soil.Activates when you water and is safe to use.

I use neem oil for this prob. You'll be fine it won't effect your buds in a negative way. Taste will be fine and so will smell
