Water.. and you might need new/better soil if they looked like that because you left for the weekend. When /if they start to grow back.. Cut off the dead leaves..

One plant looks like it just needs to be watered but the two that look like extra crispy chicken you fried'em.
How much and what was you feeding the burnt ones?

Most looked toast from overfeeding at least one just needs water and it could make it if you leech her soil.

too much nutes? should i do a flush even if they have already been watered today??
Usually a quarter tbsp per gallon with stuff I have used. It is far from ideal, but you probably have to flush that high of an overdose even though you just watered. Make sure your pots have adequate drainage..drill more holes if you think ya need. Let dry well..make sure you have a fan on them.

Plants that stressed will yield shitty bud. Not worth another 2-3+ months of your time/electricity cost in my past experience.. It hurts to get rid of something youve spent so much time on already.. Will be happier with some stress free new genetics. I would never want to continue the lineage if a plant has been stressed that much.
