afternoon fellas this is my first time using a microscope to determine when to harvest I usually just go off the 70% brown pistol method

But bought a cheap smartphone clip on microscope I'd thought I'd attempt to go off the trichromes

How you think there looking?

I'd wait for an amber or two to pop up. It is hard to tell from your photos what the percent clear vs cloudy really is, but it looks to have both. I have to focus on individual heads with my scope to really make assessment. But if pistils are brown and receded and calyx swollen, you are close.

Thanks for the reply

These are taken from different heads on different plants, how often should I be checking for change?

Could they literally change over night?
