Are my girls missing something?

Hey everyone, 1st timer here.

Quick info abt set up
-14 cfl abt 1500-1600 total watts, vary in range from 2700-6500k.
-diy grow tent abt 5'x5'x3'
-2 fans for circulation
-1 girl in a 3 gallon pot and
-other girl in 4.5 gallon pot
-temp has been held between 70-78 degrees.
-lights on 18/6 schedule.
-feeding alaskan fish oil. At first 1/2 tsp in gallon every other week, then 1 tsp every other week.
-have tiger bloom and molassas for flowering.
-ph has been between 6.8-7.0
-One girl has white hairs popping up all over her colas.
-The other girl has started getting hairy herself.
-been using disstiled waterIMG_1222.jpg IMG_1223.jpg IMG_1223.jpg
My question is this, being color blind i'm having trouble knowing if my girls are lacking something. It seems to me their leaves (more so on one then the other) have gotten lighter in some areas, but i cant tell if its normal.
I'd greatly appreciate some help.
thanks

Looks like something is eating them. Have you checked for bugs? Hang tight Im sure some one else will help you out.

Yes you cant find bugs without some kind of magnification 30x jewler loop would help

Your right a jewelers loop would be helpful. From what I've read before it sounds like they come in handy pretty during the whole grow process. I'll be sure to get one tomorrow.

How much and often do you water? What kind of water? What type of soil are they in?
They are planted in just organic miracle grow.
I water the 4.5 gallon plant abt 1/2 gallon or until abt 20% of the water drains out the bottom of pot. I'm using distilled water now, but up until a week ago I was using ph corrected tap water that sat out for a couple days. Water schedule is: abt every 5 days or when the top soil is dry abt an inch down. I will alternate the same watering schedule as above but add alaskan fish oil every Watering.

Mix some tap water with distilled or add cal"mag to the distilled.

Don't use knuckle to test water. Pick up the plant. Make sure it is light. You will get a feel for it.

I would say its a little over water and looks to needs some magnesium. You can use Epsom salt.

You probably need to find a balance fertilizer. Looks like it needs micros to.

Personally if your tap water is reasonable as far as quality,id use that instead. The carbonates present in natural water will help stabilize ph,and provide some minerals for your plant....whitebb beat me too it.

I think the problem is overwatering. How heavy is your grow pot? Drooping / Curling is the first sign of overwaterd marijuana plants. Plants start drooping after watering. Will eventually lead to leaf yellowing and other signs of nutrient problems if not corrected.

I can't say for sure about the weight of the pot because I didn't know the best way of checking when to water the plants other then checking with knuckle. But I'll Know from now on what to do.
Thx

Say How would I go abt correcting this other then stop watering till it feels light?

I kno ur in soil but im seeing what looks like ph isues. There is some leaf twisting going on here and there. You said tap water...are you on a private well? Have you checked the ph of your tap water? Have you checked the ph of your soil? The light green is one of these two. Either overwatering or low nitrogen. If your containers are heavy and you know the soil is soaked, then its prob overwatering. If thats not the case then it might be needing some nitrogen....When correcting plant problems...ALWAYS make corrections in very SMALL incriments.

Yes...if the container is soaked, do not water anymore and let it dry out. Over watering causes all kinds of problems...first in the riozone ( roots) then on the plant itself. You can get leaf twisting occuring from over watering as well. When the plant is water logged and is having a hard time disapating moisture, the leaves will curl, twist or cup. I see mild twisting on a few leaves but it looks more like ph to me.
