Are my buds done drying?

Ok I've got my buds drying. Some are hanging some are on drying screens. How do I determine when they are ready to go into the mason jar?

Some people recommend jarring them when the stems break, but I prefer to do mine when they "almost" break. Waiting too long can leave you with overly dry bud.

when the outside feels crispy but you can still bend the stem.

i like to do the stick method aswell, just bend one of the stalks and if it makes a snapping/crack then its ready,

I also went with the slightly crusted feel to the buds and the stems are aalllmooosstt snapping. Put in jars and burped 3 times a day till flavor comes in
