If you going for tall and skinny with a very low yeild they are perfect. Get yourself a t5 floro to veg them the rest of the way. Do you have a different light or is that flyin saucer it? :o Less water is better, let them dry. They can be put into your medium any time. Dont nute! yet they are to young. wait till they are 2 to 3 weeks old and then give em 300ppm of your floranova grow in room temp water. If you use tap water let it set out for a couple of day to evaporate the chlorine out of it. when you pot them bury them half way up those stems and put a oscillating fan on on low to make them wiggle. That will strenthen the stems. Good luck. You got alot of plants there.

theyre looking fairly healthy but defantly a better light would be more sufficent i wouldnt of put them together all in the same tray as separating the roots will be a problem when you change them to individual pots

Those are looking really stretch man. I would put the rapid rooter lower and cover it in hydroton. Also, YES clean the hydroton. The plant should be ok if it has more unharmed roots.
On another note, I know you have already invested a ton of money in those lights, but if I were you I would buy a MH light for veg. I'm sure you would be satisfied with the growth and happy you bought it.
Good luck.

IMO, that looks better. I'm not a hydro guy though.
You should post this in hydroponics/aeroponics section and you will probably get more replies.
Good luck man.
