Are anniversaries patternicity?

i was reading a book early and it was talking about patternicity. and i just thought we feel anniversaries are important only because they have the same date number as the real event.

we also especially like the 10,20,25,50,etc. year anniversaries because they are special(idk a better word) numbers to us.
