Correction on the item, I don't think it's 2 300w panels to total 600w but its rather two 150w panels totaling 300w

I would run one 150 watt led on a light mover. Should only have to move a foot. Less heat with plenty of coverage. I have 660 watts covering 4'x7' with 2 light movers.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2PCS-135W-UFO-LED-Grow-Light-Full-spectrum-IR-3W-Flower-Hydroponic-9Band-panel-/290899394199?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43baf47e97 thanks for all the input, and after doing a little bit more research yea those were going to be real over kill. so i decided to go with these. 2 45x3w equaling 135 watts apiece. probably still too much but going to run with it.
those will work, now all you have to do is figure ouy how to add another 3' in height to your grow chamber

2 x 4 x 5 tent using 4 @ 4ft led tubes ~ 88w + ~ 50w of led A19 bulbs

Due to your height limitations, tubes should be all you need

See my BS 22w thread for pics of led tubes
