Im going to take a look at that.

And I was going to mix all of the different whites I can, and then supplement red in with it. I have all my specific wavelengths written down somewhere... I'll post them when I get off work.
Listen, they have white ranging from 2600 - 10,000K, all you gotta do is drop them an email and they'll custom tailor a package for you. You can ask them to add all the reds and even UV to the package if you want, and they have pretty reasonably priced heatsinks as well...Shipping sucks,it's like 30-40 bucks, but hey, it's coming directly from China.

Looks really promising, and cheap too.
Yeah, these fixtures are like ridiculously bright...For 3w bridgelux emitters, and easy DIY all-in-one kits for that cheap, it's a no brainer...I know people use these over reef tanks to grow coral, I'm interested to see how well it works on plants...

But, back to the original question...Why the reds and blues and violets to grow, I thought 6500k and 2700k were ideal...are we searching for a more complete spectrum? I totally think it's possible with those DIY led's. I was gonna buiy one a while back, but now I'm strapped for cash between dentist bills and needing a new car.
