Aptus Plant Tek---STAY AWAY

So I purchased a bottle of Aptus Fasilior a couple of months ago. It was EXPENSIVE but I was curious about how it worked so I figured I would give it a shot. It worked ok for the first month I had used it but last week I went to use it and it had turned into a gel. Not like Jello but more like a pudding. So I call Aptus and tell them about my problem. They just told me to take it back to the store I bought it from and they would replace it. But I purchased it online and I don't keep my online receipt and I really have no proof I bought it. Their customer service did nothing for me at all. After dropping over a hundred bucks on this shit I am pretty much fucked. I would have to go to my bank and get a receipt from them then send that into the place I got the bottle, just a huge pain in the ass. I will NEVER EVER buy an aptus product again. I have been growing for many years and none of my nutes or addatives have turned to gel. And I have never had a company tell me it is up to the store. They make the product but don't stand behind it. My advice is to stay far away from this company. I don't usually talk shit about a company but I have really never been treated like this before and it is just a bad way of doing business. Thanks for letting me rant and get this off my chest guys.

Fasilitor is thick man, can't tell what consistency yours is, but it may be normal, like a syrup. I use Aptus and I like it. Also understand that Aptus USA, AKA dutch garden supplies is based out of Holland. The USA branch is just distribution. If you're so bent up on it, use an online bank statement and email it to the company you bought it from and get yourself straightened up. If anything, it was the retailer who's dropping the ball. Lots of times it's the retailer you deal with and then the manufacturer if the retailer won't help you. I just blew a Solis Tek Ballast and had to deal with the retailer, Hydro Galaxy, instead of Solis Tek directly. It's just how things are done. Also check the "use by" date to see if the product is still good. Your retailer may be selling old product.
Fasilitor is also very reactive and can become contaminated, making it turn light blue instead of light translucent yellow. This maybe happened to you? Aptus says it's fine to use if this happens, it just shortens the shelf life of the product. Either way, don't forget to have fun and remember why you do this. Don't let this one experience that is not immediately and directly the fault of Aptus involvolving one nutrient spoil your perspective on an entire nutrient line. Jackmayoffer has some pretty cool stuff on another forum using aptus paired with different nutrients. Have fun be safe

I bought their full ambassador pack it works pretty good. Fasilior is thick but their products go A LONG way. I'm trying vegamatrix next just to try. But I still have enough Aptus to do several more grows. For what you pay you get a lot out of it. Remember it's super concentrated.
