Approaching end of 3rd Grow.

After a long hiatus, I have returned with some fabulous White Widow. So here it is, just finishing up my third grow. Got 2 out of 4 females not sure what week I am on. I just let nature run its course.

Its my first time with fox farm soil and I have to say it is phenomenal. Lighting setup is 1 150 watt Sun system HPS. I have 6 23 watt 2700k CFLS and 2 23 watt UV-B CFL's. I have used the UV-B since day one and it is my first time using UV-B CFL's start to finish. On my last grow I switched to UV-B after I switched to 12/12 lighting. I noticed some improvement doing so in my last grow so I experimented further. Boy what a result! These are some of the frostiest nugs I have developed yet!

Please let me know what you guys think.

Wow man that looks absoloutley fantastic. I just recently used Fox Farm for my new grow and I love it as well. I have a questoin, did you use LST? and if so, how far into the grow. Congrats on a great grow man

Not so much in yield. Maybe 2 or 3 oz. MAYBE. I am more hoping for high potency to show definitively that UV-B lighting makes a difference. I don't expect to find it but I hope.

Cant wait to see the end result. I may be going with a setup similar with this for my next go depending on how much money i have at the time. but im gonna run an SoG with 12 plants in a 3x3x5

No LST. Tried it with my last grow. To much hassle. I prefer au naturale.
Ive ran LST for every other grow ive ever done besides out doors, and man am i fucking tired of that shit lol. SoG from now on for me.

i wouldnt see someone LST'ing without topping, what would be the effectiveness?
Are you saying that LST'ing should only be done with a topped plant? If so, I can verify the effectiveness of LST'ing without topping. The result is the lower branches not only receive more light, but by bending the top of the plant just past 90 degrees, a good amount of growth hormone from the main tip is transferred upward, where it can then used by the plants lower branches. The actual top of the plant may not be as big, but the upside is multiple main branches at or around the same height if training was done correctly. My bad if I misunderstood the question.
