Aphids, Thrips problem

Yo! i have 5 plants all looking great, theres just one problem my jabba stash for some reason is the only one with a huge amount of these little fucking aphids and possibly thrips, fersure aphids tho, just reproducing like mooooo fuckkkass as the days go by.. i hit with neem all the time and they just keep coming back, LUCKILY jabba is still preflowering so im not afraid to use some deadly shit, so please let me know some info on how to get these bitches out of here cause im over it, going out there everyday to find more an more is shittty

Monterey garden spray with Spinosad

If they hang out in the soil, its prob. Thrips. Several products out there... with ur mindset is suggest azamax, but the main use will be soil drenches. Spray like 2x day, soil drench every 2-3-4 days depending on humidity.... bla bla bla.
