Aphids how to prevent

I believe all aphids lay eggs no mating needed. adults are the ones that fly look alot like a gnat
I had to investigate. We’re both right in a way, you perhaps more so than I. Seems females give live birth to female nymphs that MAY already be pregnant. A winged female CAN occur later in life cycle

Be clean , keep rooms clean. Perimiter spray your property with very harsh chemcials.

Use employ enthropogenic fungi and bacteria as clean ups/control, botanicals and oils as preventatives and rotate MoA when using different products for control.

for example... dont use an ingestible poison before you use a contact killer use it after when their populations spike from the the contact kill, use botanicals and neems inbetween ..and so forth understanding the interaction of your products with their target pest.

normally erradication will come with control of reproduction, feeding, bug growth or life stages and then finding a product that affects all lifestages is always a great clean up to a mixed MoA program.

My bad, i did not see that...

And yes that def would be expensive for big outdoor plants

Even aphidious wasp wouldnt really work they would fly away

Plant marigolds away from your cannabis

And treat them, like a banker plant where you kill lots of them because its a small application area and high concentration of aphids..aphids love marigolds

I have found they do work , specifically the colemani. They lay there eggs inside of aphids. So if you have aphids they will stick around. When the aphids are gone they fly away. Just, what I have experienced.:eyesmoke:
I used to raise a species aphidious for the farm i worked at , my only thought is they dont do well in windy conditions..same for fans and indoor set up..parisatoid wasp in a greenhouse work great.
