Anyone use an electric lighter that uses an arc on their bowl?

I'm sick of having to buy new BIC lighters about once a month so I was looking at refillable lighters on Amazon (I don't want a zippo because I don't want to have to replace anything but the Butane). I found these new rechargeable electric lighters that have electricity jump from one side of the lighter to the other in an arc and it really intrigued me so I did some research on them. They aren't like the electric cigarette lighters that have a circular section that gets hot. I couldn't find anyone that said they had used it with a bowl and since its not a fluid-like flame I'm not sure if you can suck the electric arc down far enough to light the flower in the bowl of my bubbler. So if anyone knows anything about these electric lighters and whether or not you can use them with a bowl. Also, if you know anything you think I should know about them, please let me know.

U could also check deal extreme for lighters. I seen a few of them that looked interesting, just got to be willing to wait for it to ship from China.

If you ask me, I'd guess they could possibly be used to vap with a bowl on, but probably won't have enough reach to really touch the material and burn down like you would with a normal lighter. Might be time consuming. Good luck tho.
