I am not sure what kind of plant. Is from friends seeds and just know is real good. It is at week 6 in veg. I am using House and Garden nutes. I wanted to go to flower a while back, but is when I noticed the deficiency start. It is a single DWC grow under T-5 fluorescent lights. I thought it was ph and or nutrients too strong and corrected, but still bad. Plant big and looks strong. Roots look good and plentiful. What is going on? Wann figure it out before going to flower. (at least it'll be big when harvest comes)! Thanks for any help.

It is actually looking better today. But, I had(have) a problem and need to address it. I hope these pics will help. I put it under a 600 watt HPS a few days back and want to go to flower as soon as I can. And I need some clones and want to make sure that is healthy when I do. Thanks for any help.
PS A friend suggests that I try Optic Foliar "Overgrow". It is for bugs and nutrient deficiencies. Thanks

Pretty crappy pics but does it start as redish spots on the leaves, then turning yellow and necrotic?

If so could be an issue with Ca uptake.

What ph and ppm is your bucket?

What's happening with the ph and ppm every 24hours?

ph is constant at 5.8 and I do not have a ppm meter. was told I needed to get one. will do. water 67 deg., room temp 75 deg., is under a 600 watt, that is at 14" above the plant. leaves start w yellowish/brown spots and start in between the leave outside margin and the long vein/stem. not on outside edges until the end. they are in fan leaves mostly in the middle of the plant. It could be a good plant if I can get this under control quick enough. Thank for any input!!

With DWC if you're doing everything right and stuff is going wrong it's root slime. What temp is your reservoir, are you using any beneficial bacteria?

Is That a hole i see brown roots in the water View attachment 3340495
yes, that is the roots that you see. the water is brown because of nutrients. usually that cup is in the hole. the roots are somewhat brown. they are not slimy, yet. the newer roots are white. I have "wilt guard" & "regen a root" (by cx hydroponics) and have not used them yet. today is the day I change out nutrients. maybe I will try them. this is my 1rst DWC grow. I am using this as a trial as i have a 20 gal reservoir w 8 holes set up for DWC that I want to fill w known strains when I am comfortable w this method of grow. I had been on soiless mediums like coco not and coco coir, but want to try the DWC method. thanks all.
