Can anyone help me identify a plant problem?

It's the only one outa 21 plants that is a real light green and burning.

relax relax it take some time I know u want to know what is wrong with your baby but you have to give more information. Lighting temps Coco/Soil Nuts.. Do not want to give out wrong or bad info now but to me it seems like a Nitrogen or Mg deficiency... now do not quote me on that. best thing i can say flush and give a lower dosage of nuts and see if new growth is affected.
