Here in britain that's a straight 6 maybe 9 points, so if you're in your first year of driving or have got points before you're banned but this is UK, i am unaware of you're laws sorry

in my city driving without a licence or driving while suspended is 30 days in jail, I doubt ur city will be so strict

i think they will just lose their driving privelages for a year or so, and they will maybe even drop the paraphenalia charges, but you never know..

i live in vegas also..
driving a car without a license or permit - fines - they'll be reduced if you appear in court and admit fault
failed to have working lights on the license plate - traffic school or community service
being caught with paraphernalia - slap on the wrist - possible small fine - community service
as long as you got pulled over by METRO your good..

A fine and a slap on the wrist, no biggie.getting caught for driving a car without a license or permit, and failed to have working lights on the license plate, as well with being caught with paraphernalia? We live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm not really sure what he is facing here.
