anyone know how ballasts plug in?

does any1 kno how the digital ballasts plug in? i wanna kno b4 i buy this 1000W set up. it is switchable from MH to HPS, i think its pretty nice for my 1st set up besides florescents.

What do you mean plug in? Plug in to the wall you mean?

You plug the socket into the ballast and the ballast into the wall....

ok. so there is no additional adapters o something like that, right? u jus plug it in to the wall

Well, if you live in the US and buy it in the US it should be fine...

But if you live in one country and buy in another, you may need an adapter...

Also, there are 120 and 240 volt ballasts.... some even do both...

as for your other questions, it is impossible to know which one "this system" is...

you gotta post a link, or a picture and info or something...

if you buy it as a kit it will generally come with a cord to connect the light socket to the ballast and another cord from the ballast to your wall socket

make sure its 120v and not 240, if its prewired it will have a standard 3 prong plug you can plug into a standard outlet
